Q. What led you to undergo ZERONATE veneers yourself?
Consultant Miri Kim - While my teeth alignment wasn't really an issue, the shape and shade were not ideal. Even after getting whitening treatments, the results fell short. But watching so many patients undergo ZERONATE veneers with such amazing results, I really wanted to experience them firsthand.
Consultant Min-kyung Lee - My biggest concerns were my tooth shade and having a small tooth. While it wasn't overly noticeable to others, it affected my self-confidence, and I longed for a bright, radiant smile.
Consultant Mi-hee Jwa - My teeth were fairly even, so alignment wasn't an issue, but I was always concerned about their shade. I tried teeth whitening to brighten them, but my teeth were too sensitive for ongoing treatments.
Chief Consultant Hye-ok Hwang - My teeth were well aligned from braces, but my upper teeth barely showed when I smiled and I also wanted to improve the shade.
Chief Executive Bo-kyung Kim - I had many opportunities to introduce ZERONATE veneers while accompanying the Chief Director to external events and meetings. In doing so, I constantly thought about how to explain things to patients more easily, going beyond just relying on presentation materials.
Q. What was it like experiencing the consultation and treatment process from a patient's perspective?
Consultant Mi-hee Jwa - Patients often expressed worries about pain during consultations, and experiencing the process firsthand made me truly understand where their concerns were coming from. It gave me a fresh perspective on what kind of explanations are actually needed during consultations.
Consultant Min-kyung Lee - I had always viewed the process as a consultant, but this time I was able to examine every step through the patient's eyes. It served as a moment to rethink what patients are truly curious about during consultation.
Consultant Miri Kim - While I used to introduce ZERONATE to our patients, this experience allowed me to view the entire treatment process from a patient’s point of view. I gained a deeper understanding of their anxiety and concerns, which reminded me to address those issues even more carefully during consultations
Chief Consultant Hye-ok Hwang - Viewing the process through a patient's eyes made me reflect on the feelings of each patient during their initial consultation, rather than the procedure itself. I realized the true significance of consultations, focusing on fulfilling patient needs through detailed explanations.
